The whole experience was top notch - he had very high quality bikes, very patiently tutored us in using the bikes, and took us to wonderful villages and ruins as well as the river and two lakes in Interlaken and quaint parts of the city. So much better than other bike tours that just stay in the city. We highly recommend this trip or, if you have time, the longer day trip he offers.
