We cannot understand the large price difference. nThe afternoon program to the Glacier de la Mer did not take place because the cable car was closed. We were informed much too late, only at 2:30 p.m.! As compensation, we only received CHF 20 per person back, despite complaints on our part.”

When we arrived at the mountain we were told that the tickets would work anywhere, that we found to be untrue as we waited for over 30 minutes for the tram only to be told that the tickets that did not work. All in all an ok day. The equipment was not great and the fact that there were no helmets to rent was really disappointing.”
