The tour guide ( Gabriel) was so incredibly helpful with loading my stroller onto and off the bus and tram and boat. He was very knowledgeable about the city and very pleasant. The tram was a nice way to get a flavor of the old town. The cruise was also great. Christov was kind and served us wine and cheese. It was a peaceful ride around the lake and to the fountain. I would highly suggest this tour.”
