Lot of free chocolates and some tasting as we walk thru. Our kid enjoyed the experience of making a customized chocolate. The cheese factory was also a very quick stop, nothing much explained as well just had to read through ourselves. The visit to Appenzell village was much better - the local beer cafe was great and we walked across the village and stopped to see how the locals live and some of the smaller shops. Do this…”

Persino mia figlia di 11 anni e' rimasta delusa. Una giostra si e' rotta. Percorso dove lo spettatore e' passivo Nessuna interazione. Percorso non immersivo. Deludente e il prezzo altissimo. Meglio visitare le fabbriche di cioccolato.”

“The first thing is when you arrive at bus terminal go across the street at the Swiss tour office and wait for guide. Better than standing outside avoiding buses. Our guide Roger was very nice and accommodating but his voice was very hard to make out while he was driving and speaking thru microphone describing scenery 0n our excursion. We had another guide with him who never said a word. I thought he might be training. Our first stop was to the chocolate factory. It was very interesting and extremely tasting. You will have a chance to buy the goods after tour and boy did we load up on that…”
