He explained everything clearly & ensured we were aware of times, meeting points etc It was a perfectly sunny clear day in the Alps & the scenery was magical. This was a far better & far cheaper tour than the Glacier Express day trip we took from Zurich. Forget that & do this instead! Better scenery & better organised.”
